The Brennan library offers Information Literacy training for all courses and disciplines in our Library Lab, or elsewhere on campus. We customize each session to meet a group of students’ unique needs. We also provide individual training for professors in the library or their offices. During the 2001-2002 academic year, the library conducted a comprehensive assessment of the Information Literacy program. We found that the sessions succeed in improving research skills and teaching students to use the appropriate sources for their work. |
